For us, it is important to implement particularly preventive measures in our ski area for your well-being and ours. That is why we pay attention to the announcements and recommendations of the health authority of the Austrian Republic as well as to reports from the World Health Organization. We do our best in all areas to make your stay in the mountains pleasant and safe.
Where must mouth and nose protection be worn?
A FFP2-Mask must be worn at all times when queuing up on the ski bus, in the ski depot, as well as at the ticket offices and lift stations and in all cable cars and lifts.
Wearing FFP2 masks is compulsory in gondolas, in chairlifts with bubbles, and in closed access areas of the cable cars from the age of 14 (children between 6 and 14 years of age, usual MNS). In order to ensure everyone's safety, every guest over the age of six is required to wear mouth and nose protection in the prescribed areas without exception.
What can I use as a mouth and nose protection? Will I get one in the ski area?
It is mandatory to wear a FFP2-Mask at all times.
The mask is issued for a fee of € 1,- at the cashdesk.
Where are there disinfection options in the ski area?
Disinfection systems are available in the toilet algae, in the checkout area, at the tunnel lift and in the restaurant.
How many guests are transported per tunnel, cable car and lift ride?
As in all public transport, a FFP2-Mask is required in the cable car, chairlift and gallery lifts.
The current restriction see a decrease of 50% capacity in lifts, cable cars and the stollenbahn.
Stollenbahn: 120 persons (instead of 240)
Cable car: 3 persons (instead of 6)
How is the guest informed about the Corona security measures on site?
The guests are made aware of the applicable Corona safety regulations on site with the help of signs, loudspeaker announcements, lift and security personnel.
Are the cable cars and lifts being disinfected?
All public transportation (cabins, lift chairs, etc.) are regularly disinfected.
Are the employees of the cable car company trained about the Corona measures?
The employees of the cable car companies are trained or instructed according to uniform guidelines and regulations about the Corona safety measures.
Is there someone responsible for Corona in the company?
Each cable car company has employees which are responsible for Corona. They are responsible for planning and implementing the measurments.
Where must a safety distance be maintained?
The minimum distance of two meter must be observed in the following areas:
When queuing at the cash registers, when queuing at the lift stations and at the ski bus stops in all publicly accessible buildings. This rule also applies if mouth and nose protection is worn.
If it is not possible to maintain a distance of at least two meter due to the number of passengers as well as when getting on and off and in the gondolas and lifts, this can be excepted if a mouth and nose protection is worn. Wearing a mouth and nose protection is mandatory in any case.
